I currently have a leased Q5 in NYC, I am due for 15k service. I did not buy audi care and I am not interested in going to a dealership for service because I feel that it is completely overpriced to 'check' the things on the list. My question is, how do they "check" that you have had the required service at lease end, and do they require that you go to Audi dealership for the obligatory service (again, this is speaking from a leasing perspective). I would of course request my local shop to use audi parts when necessary, but I cannot get a straight answer from Audi on whether or not I will be penalized at lease end. Thank you in advance! This is my first Audi lease!
