Was it difficult? I am getting mine in a couple of weeks...

I ran into some problems with mounting the transceivers. But nothing major.

Having a dremel is a huge help for this project!

I have a b5 s4 and mounted them on the top right corner of the lower grilles. There was a bracket on either side of the bumper that I didn't think would be a problem but it was....so out came the hammer, and off they came. Getting the transceivers level wasn't as big of a deal as I thought it would be. The wiring was simple. My pictures should explain everything but to go through it quickly, the control module is mounted directly on top of the fuse box. The power switch is located on the very edge of the knee bolster. The LED of all things, was quite a headache, but its mounted on the trim besel directly above the steering wheel. Lastly, the speaker is mounted to the top of the driver side kick panel.

Where'd you mount the interior unit?

If you are talking about the control module, then directly on top of the fuse box.
