Default Excel BT: I'm trying to copy an entire sheet to another sheet; the sheet has a buncha "Grouped" rows

you know, "+/-" buttons for nesting and stuff. if I just do a simple copy/paste, the Grouping alignment goes all wonky. I don't know how to fix easily, other than manually re-Grouping from scratch. it's a lot to do with 400+ rows.

is there a more prescribed way to copy Groupings so they stay intact?
