So i had a lease for 36 months where I paid until 33 months and was offered a promotion to buy a new car for ending my lease upfront. I returned the car three months early and I took the new car and financed it. I later decided to pay it all off and striked up a deal with my salesman if it was alright to pay upfront and if i did pay it all off, if they would take off the three months owed from previous lease. They agreed and now i have a letter stating to pay for the three months or else they will pursue to collections. Did i get scammed? Is there anything i can do? Im a minority and my english isnt that amazing. Can this be brought into legal action where dealerships target and take advantage of minorities ? Any help appreciated
