Choose your monster. If you had to choose a car between an Audi, a BMW, a Mercedes and a Lexus then which car would you select and why?

Way, way too broad a question for a reasonable answer. Or are you asking which brand people prefer? Being this is an Audi forum, wouldn't you think the answers would be biased?

Although I just got an A4 coming from a BMW, I do miss my F30 335i M-Sport, I went with the A4 because it was a more sensible choice. I go hiking a lot and an A4 will be able to handle the ****ty dirt roads I sometimes have to drive up to get to the trail without fear of ripping off my bumper or getting a bubble in the sidewall of those horrid RFT that BMW insists on using. The fact that the F30 had 19" wheels did me no favors either but from a driving perspective, it was a blast to drive and revving that engine was always incredibly satisfying.

That said, the A4 is extremely comfy, the interior is miles superior (which makes sense, the G20 is out next year but BMW always tends to go for minimalist interior designs whereas Audi always looked more premium) and the tech even in the A4 is amazing. The traffic jam assist will be nice on I-66 and....well pretty much every highway around here.
