SAAB to an Audi
i am a long time SAAB fanatic, at least one SAAB in the family since 1973, currently three.
But my wife has an 2010 Honda Accord Crosstour and has fallen in love with the A5 Sportback. We will be ordering a 2019 Prestige as soon as pricing is available.
Any former SAAB owners on here? Similarities and differences to an A5?

Yep! I had a 2004 9-5 Sport Wagon. It was a nice car in many respects. Not nearly as agile or responsive as the B9 platform cars, but was the best long-distance car I'd owned before my current B9 S4. Very quiet/comfortable (even with the Aero springs, Bilsteins, and Aero wheels I installed), routinely returned 30-31mpg at 80mph, and had more than sufficient passing power.
It wasn't much fun around town, though, and the standard (non-Aero) seats weren't nearly as supportive/comfortable as the S-Line/S4 seats are. But then again, we're talking about a car that was first sold in 1997 vs., a car first sold in 2017? 20 years of R&D makes a world of difference.
I initially was looking for an S5, as it is not only the most obvious evolutionary step up from my prior Mk6/Mk7 GTI's, it also strongly reminds me of a more modern 9000 Aero (a car I've wanted for 20+ years).

Wow, that's an impressive SAAB legacy! Transitioning to an A5 Sportback sounds exciting. The 2019 Prestige is a fantastic choice. As a fellow car enthusiast, I'd love to hear about the similarities and differences you discover compared to your SAABs.
