Default July 21st - Audi Drive to Leavenworth, WA from Everett, WA

Want to get your Audi out for some exercise with fellow enthusiasts? Want to head to a true Bavarian architecture German style town? Join us for the 2nd annual Drive to Leavenworth open to all European cars.

Last year was great with over 65 cars in attendance. Other than the fact that is was so HOT in Leavenworth, it was a great drive, with lots of great cars. Just as last year, this is an Audi event, but open to all European cars. We are expecting 80+ cars, so please arrive early and ready to go.

Details:
Meet at Evolution Sports in Everett at 10AM (see http://www.evolutionsports.com for directions). We will depart around 10:45AM to head east to the small german town of Leavenworth. We will stop at least once at the top of the pass for a group photo, and possible at a few other locations. We will hang out in Leavenworth for awhile, and grab some lunch and some beverages. After that, people are free to head home however they want, but a large group of us will continue a little further east to Wenatchee and then south to I-90 for the return back to the west side of the Cascades. All are more than welcome, as this was one of the best parts of the drive last year!

Make sure you have a full tank of gas when you arrive. Bring some spending cash as well for food/drink/product/whatever.

See you all on the 21st!

This drive is in support of the annual waterwagens show - see http://www.waterwagens.com

some of my friends with VW's are talking about being there also. So it should be fun, One of my friends said they went last year and it was tons of fun.

Default I'm going to try to make it, but...

there's good chance that I'll be invited out on a friends boat for some wakeboarding. (I know, I know, priorities, right?)

Do you have a pre-arranged Talkabout channel set up for the drive?

Also, you might post this to the seattle audiclub mailing list
mail to: seattleaudiclub@yahoogroups.com
(JoshD is the moderator/listowner, I'm sure he's busy as heck w/ the Achtuning opening, but hopefully he'll find time to approve/redistribute the message)

Default Um... except that 7/21 is a SUNDAY!!!

Sucks being jobless, eh? When's the last time you actually knew what day of the week it was?
:-)

P.S. Not slamming you, lots of luck finding another job. I'm just insanely jealous of you sitting out in the sun during these nice days!
