Default last night's report said a few weeks, this morning they had changed it to a few days....

I say 1-2 weeks unless the rain continues and makes it worse....

Default Those fossil impressions are awesome

The palm one is just crazy. Last I checked palms don't grow naturally in the PNW...

Default My first introduction to quattro was on that road...north bound just past the Taylor farm hairpin...

on the sweeping right-hander. The tail came out on a wet day in my buddy's new 99.5 A4 1.8t, I held throttle, and the tail just hung out there as I continued through the corner.....that experience plus the lead-foot, WRC-inspired drive up Blanchard afterwards led me to my B5 S4.

Default That decreasing radius corner catches lots of people off guard... Add some wet leaves

and good times to be had by all! Chuck used to be my commute every morning at about 6am. So many sketchy mornings that winter....

Default I lived in Fairhaven when I went to WWU, and would occaisionally take my E30

through the corners before my morning class as a wake-up Drive. The way a motor sounds bouncing off the rock walls, right near the fall, is straight-up intoxicating.
