just stick with a diverter rather then a BOV.

Your engine needs X amount of air to breath normal.
The BOV takes Y from the engine to make a funny sound.
X-Y=Not enough air... It may not be throwing codes but it isn't helping it in any way either. plus the lameO's around here like them just as much as they like wet farts on a hot day miles away from home with no change of cloths around...
I run a Greddy with an adapter(not shown) to make it a diverter valve. Works great. I think someone on the TT forum had a Forge dv for sale. He sold his car so I am sure it would be an easy sale...

but thank you for everyone's feedback. it's nice to know everyone's feeling about this subject. thinkin about it again, it'll probably be nice for a day or two then it'll get hella annoying. plus X-Y=BAD FO YA Engine
