Hi guys,

I unfortunately had the engine go on my '08 4.2L R8 (about ~ 24 months ago). I just recently found a used engine that was low enough milage to justify the repair and went for it. I've now got the old engine that had to be replaced and I'm looking for a quick sale if anyone is interested in it. Nobody has opened up the engine to explore the problems, but both the mechanics I took it too agreed that based on how it sounded (loud knocking) it made sense to just replace.

Honestly, I'm willing to take what I can get though. I've gotta sell it quickly, right now it's still at Audi and they're waiting for me to get it out of there.
