The thing that sticks out about these wheels is that, you can find a large amount of replica versions of these online. Another thing is that the tires used on these wheels are cheap Chinese "lanvigators" which are sold on the same website you can find the replica wheels.

here you can see the "made in usa" tag thats found in all hre's. these have been powdercoated at snail motorsports in las vegas. obviously over the years the stamps fade but if you scrub more you can see all the stamps by hre. i know the original owner, he might be able to provide receipts. when i bought these i also compared the "replicas" and none of them has those stamps.
