OEM 18" Audi RS4 Type Wheels w/ Dunlop Winter Maxx tires- Like New - $1000
Wheels were just refinished and recently fitted with a set of Dunlop Winter Maxx. Tires have less than 1K miles on them. Wheels have no bends, scratches, or scrapes and are in "Like New" condition!
These are 18x7.5 ET54, with 5x112 Bolt pattern.
Located in Stamford, CT. Prefer local pickup.

It would cost about $400 to ship. If you are willing to cover the cost, I would be open to shipping.
I do not think they will work. I believe the Q5 requires a wheel with a larger center bore.
