Hey guys! Here is a complete STOP-TEC ST-40 (4 pistons) that I have for sale. This BBK set came from a "Dolphin Grey 2002 B6 A4 1.8T" that I'm currently parting out. The BBK set is in awesome shape and fully functional. Original equipments/paint from manufacturer. It has not been re-powder coated nor rebuilt. All seals are INTACT. The pads are thick. Meaning (good life line) . The rotors are good but a little dirty since the car was sitting for awhile. I did clean them a little and they're already back to life.(no WAVY pattern on the rotors). The original brake lines that came with the kit are not pictured but will be included in the sale. This BBK will also fit the following vehicles as far as I know (B5 A4/S4 -B6 A4/S4 - B7 A4/S4 -C6 A6).It might fit some other vehicles besides the ones that I mentioned but please do your own research. This is a weight reduction BBK since the calipers are not as heavy as the factory B6-B7 A4/S4 - B8 A4/S4 - A5/S5 calipers and rotors . Huge difference in weight. Hey man! I never said that it will fit the B8 Platform.if you go back and read carefully,you will see exactly what i said.I was COMPARING the weight of the STOP TEC BBK VS the factory calipers from the model B8 A4/S4 -A5/S5 that i have mentioned. As a matter of fact,the calipers SHOULD FIT the B8 A4/S4 with no problem.However,the rotors will not fit the B8 Platform because of the "center bore size difference".And the reason why i believe the STOP-TEC ST-40 calipers will fit the B8 A4/S4 is because i currently have the (B8 S4) calipers installed on my BLACK B6 A4 USP 1.8T .It was a DIRECT BOLT ON/NO MODIFICATION(s).Except i had to get the ECS 2piece rotors in (57.1 center bore to go with the B8 S4 calipers). So basically,if the B8 S4 calipers bolted up with no modifications on my Black B6 A4,that means the STOP-TEC ST-40 calipers that were bolted up on the Dolphin grey 2002 B6 A4 that i currently parting out will also fit the B8 S4 except for the rotors.I hope that makes sense to you buddy.
