To buy this part, please contact me or use this link.

This is a used (presumably good) used oil pump, and I am willing to guarantee its condition as in: if you live in one of the 48 contiguous United States, and you receive it and you don't like it, please tell me and then send it back as it came, for a full refund, including shipping in both directions.

However, if it's flawed and destroys your transmission, your car or half a city block, that's not covered in my guarantee so soon after you receive it, I'd suggest inspecting it diligently, whatever that means by your standards. Whether you like it or don't like it, I'll take your word for it.

I have no particular reason to believe there is anything wrong with this part when I sell it.

I'm specifically excluding from the deal:

-- the eight T-27 bolts that attach the oil pump to the transmission housing
-- the eight corresponding Usit washers
-- the two little black protecting caps in the face
-- the needle bearings
-- the o-rings
-- the seals
-- the piston rings
-- the spacer shim between the oil pump and the clutch "A" drum.

... even though some of these might happen to be physically present. If they are, the prudent approach would be to replace them with new parts from ZF.

The part you're getting isn't the one shown in the picture but even so some surface rust on the steel center front section should be expected, since that portion is exposed to potentially-humid outside air.

This part is for the C5 Audi A6 Quattro 4.2 V8 4-door with the ZF 5HP-24A transmission, models 1999 through 2001 (transmission codes ECF and FBC, a.k.a. ZF variations 1058 020 015 and 1058 020 018).

If your car is the AllRoad or Avant with this engine and these years, I don't know whether or not this oil pump is the same for your car.

If your car is a 2002 or later model, the oil pump is different.
