For 100 octane gas, would I want to run colder, hotter or the same heat range spark plugs?

No, the chip would be a standard ~1 bar GIAC 91 or 93 octane chip

Default If your going to run 100 straight then you might 1 step hotter
if your running 100 to do some road racing then stick with the range you have now.
