Default 2001 a4 exaust advice

looking for a catback for my a4. anyone have any suggestions? considering neuspeed or apr, but have heard about neuspeed making noisy contact with car. any others worth a good look? looking for decent gains without too much deafening noise.

I have the HKS Klass exhaust and am very satisfied with both the sound, SPL, and the quality. Workmanship of the exhaust is excellent and the sound is comparable to a stock M3.

Default I have apr and like it...

it's got a nice deep tone, not too loud, extra torque/hp in higher revs. Not sure, but may lose a little hp/torque in lower revs as in the dyno below. I say this because my buddies 2000 a4 with same APR emcs chip(with stock exhaust) seems a little stronger in lower rpm. I got the exhaust before the chip so I can't tell on my car. Either way, I like the APR exhaust....great product if you have the $.

Default Just find something that suits your budget

APR, SuperSprint, Borla, all should do fine for normal driving.

The ultimate would be to completely replace the exhaust system starting with the catalytic convertor. Check goapr.com for that.
