Default 3/4 throttle mod for the DBW T-28 is in effect & working great

full boost is reached by the same RPM as before, throttle body still registers 100% & timing is more advanced

im curious to see if others with the kit & boost controller have similar results

Default Maybe time for you to make a run down the 1/4 mile

with it and then remove and run again.

Default bleh.....

my butt dyno is good enough for me

the S4 guys have already done every test/run/log in the book so talk to then if you want some 1/4 mile times or dyno plots

maybe ill run the car once its a bit more modded, but for now the 1/4 mile is the last thing im concerened about

Default very popular with the S4 crowd......

if you had DBW & logged your pedal input & throttle body you'd notice that the T/B opens to 100% around 75% pedal input or so...

i hate to say do a search, but the S4 guys have beaten this subject to death & they have tons more info than i can provide in this single post

Default It is very simple

at 75% pedal you are still using the 02 sensor to adjust fuel trim, where as at 100% pedal your turning off the 02 sensor. So if you can hold the pedal at 75% with the throttle body at 100% you can get the car to run at a much cleaner AF ratio, that is unless your chip is tuned to do that already.

Default yeah...I felt my car ran stronger like this too...with APR stuff

I did the madman mod on mine. I have never VAG'd it to see if it really did make a difference, but I think I feel it.
