I made my own cold air intake, but most people use an audi S2 intake with a bored out MAF and screen taken out (Don't forget the o2 sensor). You could also bore out the throttle body. There are headers for the 100 series but they cost 1500, probably about half the value of your car. E-mail me if you have any more questions.
