A3 1.8t 2002 Turbo Noise.
Hi I need some advice, I test drove An A3 1.8T 2002 today, Everything was fine except I could hear the Turbo Spin fron inside the car whilst driving. Its not a very loud noise, its more of a faint whistle,
I have driven othe A3's and not noticed the Turbo Before.
I want to buy this car so my question is: Could this be a problem or is it a characteristic?
P.S. The car is for sale in an Audi main Dealers & comes with 1 Years warrentee.

Re: sounds like it might be chipped. was it faster than the other ones?
Did'nt really notice, Have decided to get it, pick up monday, will find out then
