i just wanted to see what you guys think would be better, sticking with my a4 99.5 1.8t 5-spd quattro blk/blk sport package,heated leather, apr chip, s4 18x8, rs4 grille and almost 150k miles and modifying it with a ?reliable? turbo kit like the pes t28 or apr s3 and modd the rest of the car. or should i keep the car the way it is and save the money to put towards a low mile, modded s4 like a 2001.5 or 2002 with lets say k04s and supporting mods? and then continue to mod it after. would one car be more reliable than the other, is there a big diff in the insurance costs?

goes wrong if you arent willing to do that, i would say stick with the A4. the S4 is not your typical DIYers car as many of the mods and maintenance issues require disecting the front end of the car. FWIW a S3 A4 will be faster than a chipped S4.
