about to install PES kit. Anything I need to know?

I shipping the ECU tomorrow and getting started. The kit is going on a 2001. Does anybody who has completed this have any tips or advice. Also installing EVO fmic. Any help would be appreciated. Tim

Be ready to cut down the S pipe from the turbo to fmic tube.

That is if they did not do it already. Also read the directions before starting so you dont forget anything.
