Default Abs,airbag,cel

Hey guys.
I just want to start by saying I'm new here. I joined because I recently bought a 01 Audi A4 Quattro 1.8T and I was hoping someone could give me some advice on it.

I have a ABS light, Airbag light and CEL on. I've read that the ABS Is just the module and needs to be sent out. The airbag I heard was a simple fix as well. I haven't had a chance to pull the code from the CEL yet. But my main concern with the car is the tranny is slipping. It doesn't do it all the time. Just randomly when it feels like it. But only in drive. If I shift manually is doesn't do it. I was told the tranny could be in limp mode due to the airbag and ABS light being on. I also need to get the key programmed to the car if that matters. The car starts up fine and drives fine, aside from the tranny slipping occasionally.

Does anyone have any idea what could be the problem? Any info at all would greatly be appericiated. Thanks in advance!
-Chris.

I'm also sorry if this has been asked a million times. I don't really know what I'm looking for as this is my first Audi and I'm more of a jeep guy. So if I ask a lot of questions, I'm sorry! Try and bare with me here.
