Alright, I've taken a good look at the engine mount, now how do I change it?

I have the APR mount to put on my car. How do I get the black plate behind the mount off? I guess the best question is how do I get to the two allen head bolts behind the belt?

I asked the same question a couple months ago.

MC and SKS both responded with different ways of doing it.

SKS, or anyone who's done it via his method, please post

can someone go into a bit more detail about this proceedure? i dont have a bentley's manual, and im just guessing which is the ac compressor..

ps- if anyone has the instructions that came with their apr unit, are there pictures on it?
