Default Another possible turbo problem. This time a TT

Raced a Boxster S today to work. Was in 4th gear around 5500k when I felt it just stop pulling. Shift to 5th, even worse.

A couple of runs after show boost to around 16 in 1st and 2nd gear, but any gear after that does not get boost above 13.

Any ideas how to determine if it is in fact a dead (dying) turbo or the MAF as sombody mentioned before? Anything in the VAGCOM tool?

Default yes, the VAG will tell you if your MAF is faulty. you can also get lean/rich A/F codes, probably

Default more symptoms...

went back out for a drive. Now I am boosting up to about 20psi "most" of the time. probably 2 out of 10 hard accelarations result in a boos of 10-14psi.

I disconnected to MAF and then I only get 8-12psi constantly.

I will hook up the vag tonight. Any data blocks I should log during a drive?
