Ned @ Intended Acceleration is about the only person I can think of that has anything for the NF/NG motor. Even then, I can't imagine it to increase power much, if at all. You just can't gain much on the 10v non-turbo cars with out some work.
Maybe the chip, a 272 or 280 cam, header+exhaust, ported IM and head, would gain you a fair amount. But, if you can't do the manual labor, it wouldn't be worth the monetary outlay.
There is a '90 200q on ebay for under $700. That engine swap is pretty darn straight forward. I'd think (a lot, and long) about that. B4B, you won't touch a 10vt swap, especially after you chip it and get 200-250hp out of it for as little as $80-ish or as much as $500-ish.

Not much plug n' play
for that car, but yes there is much work you can do. Just depends on what you want to get out of it vs. what you want to put into it.
