Default Thanks, heard that before:)

I could make you one for an A4 if wanted

Even 10 companies already do.

Default

pressure drop must be pretty bad in that thing

Default Not quite....

Even though my ic core (726 cu/in.) is 124% larger than RS4 (323.75 cu/in.) pressure drop is still under the 2psi limit for the entire system. i just do it all in the core, where as the stock system as pluming losses and core losses. Also stock RS4 only has 130 sq/in. of cooling surface where as mine is 242 sq/in. Considering the number is MAJOR in calculating ic effectiveness, which do you think will make bigger numbers?

Every other car with this mod (skyline, Silvia, DSM) have nothing but good things to say.

Hot side fin count is the major factor in pressure drop not length.

Default I'm not slamming you...and that thing is a LOT larger than the stock ICs, even combined.

Do the dual-in/dual-out endtanks compensate for pressure drop?

Default no, they just help decrease radiator efficiency and increase distance

from turbo to tb, yummm lag

Default You're the one who covered up their radiator, my design increases radiator airflow

You know what huge lag is because you have it, you told me so.

Yep, all those 11 second DSM, Supra, 300z, Silvia, and Skyline owners are wrong....

They all wish they had tiny coolers in front of their tires.

Default dual/dual flows more air accross the fmic and radiator

You say a LOT larger, like it's a bad thing?

Hot side fin count and type were choosen to optimize pressure drop along with the rounded and tapered endtanks. Dave and I disagree about how to make an S4 fmic, he likes big high volume pipes with square end tanks. My core is .5" thinner than his, but with greater swept cooling pass area (MAJOR number in the fmic efficency equation). I will post pressure data and temp delta's after datalogging, which he did not do.
