Anybody ever change the stock throttle body on the 2.7 engine for improved perf?

Some people have used the larger RS4 throttle body.
But this usually includes changing the TBB to the metal RS4 one, the intercooler outlet pipes to the RS4 ones, the intake manifold to the RS4 one and port-matching the S4 heads to the RS4 intake manifold (and while you are in there, might as well install the Euro V6 intake cams).
So you can see its not a simple swap of the throttle body.

A better question, is why?
Unless you've upgraded the exhaust, turbos, ICs, maybe done some port work, I don't think a TB swap will gain much power.
You *might* gain slightly better throttle response, but with the turbos in the way, maybe not.
