anybody running stand alone engine management on 1.8t?

when running tecIII what happens to the coil packs. Do they stay in tact or are they removed in favor of the direct fire modules??

I've got the Tec3 setup.......
I've got the Tec3 setup on my car. Adrenalin did the work. Install/tuning took a bit of time to get right but works real well.
Comming from a chipped setup the only functionality I lost were DBW, Airbags and ASR.
Adrenalin also put Autronic on their 1.8t Corrado putting out a bit over 450hp on race with more tuning still in the works. This car has been running 13.1 @ 116 with taking care not to break the car to much when launching.
