If so with the Toluene, how long have you been using it and have you experienced any drawbacks if using it for over a long period of time.
Regarding Water Wetter, what formula or percentage of mixture do you use water/coolant/water wetter?
Any info would be appreciated.

I used WaterWetter in my previous car.
My last car was a Taurus SHO (with the Yamaha V6) which was prone to run hot, so the last time I had my mechanic flush the coolant, I had him do the WaterWetter thing. Dropped my average running coolant temp significantly (not too cold, of course). On-track temps were down a bit, too.

Not toluene, please!!!
Hiya!
I would not recommend toluene for anything designed for regular coolant. Toluene is a solvent, and may dissolve gaskets and tubing that was designed to carry water/ethylene glycol, or at the very least cause them to swell and lose structural integrity and or the ability to seal.
Remember your chemistry- like dissolves like? Toluene is a hydrocarbon, i.e. contains chains and or rings of carbon and hydrogen. Most tubing is a polymeric form of hyrocarbons (polystyrene is a polymeric form of ethyl benzene, a close relative of toluene (methyl benzene) for example).
Also, toluene has a relatively high vapor pressure, and low flashpoint, any leaks of such material or vented vapors can cause a serious explosion.
WaterWetter is an excellent product, which I used extensively during my Integra racing days, and caused no problems in over 80k of hard use.
Cheers!
