treatment every time. Actually, it was some of the best treatment I have ever received from any company. In fact, I think that if you asked around on the A4 forum you would find that they are reknowned for their excellent customer service.

I am pretty confident that any delay in delivery is justified. But call Eric at SPP directly and explain your frustrations. He seems to be a pretty straight shooter and will tell you why there are problems/delays.

apparently they're being givin the run around by their distributor. i'm #5 on the order list .. still waiting .. i'm thinking about canceling the order and just doing a temporary suspension mod and hold out for the bilstein pss9 kit when it comes out.

call 'em up .. speak to eric or mike. they'll give it to you straight. nice guys.

I didn't want to be rash, thats why I posted. Looks like it could be an isolated incident. Thanks for the replies, Just getting a little worried because I payed upfront which is something I don't like to do in the first place.

I've ordered ABT A25 rims, a Oetttinger grille, Smoked Hella Light and talked with them about a ton of other things...

They were great about shipping me a second set of rims next day when the first set were lost by Fed-Ex - went way above and beyond to both earn and keep my business.

The prices are great but i would encourage all to pay they extra to get stuff shipped something other then Fed-Ex ground !!
