Default APR Exhaust On its Way!!!--Goodbye Borla. . . . Thanks APR

Just got off the phone with Stephen and I'm upgrading to the APR Exhaust so as to maximize my Stage 3 kit. Once installed, I'll let everyone know just how significant the power difference between the two systems is as well as fit/finish etc.

FYI--at the present time my high flow catalytic converter (different from past stage 3 models) is making contact with the heat shield, thus this new install will give me a chance to remedy that problem as well. I'm hoping this is a wiggle issue and not a cut issue.

Sweet - I'm anxious to hear the results. What's the ETA?

No aftermarket intercooler with your stage 3?

Default Stage 3+ was supposed to include a FMIC. What ever happened to 3+?

Stage 3+ was supposed to add the FMIC and use a slightly upgraded turbo over regular Stage 3, good for more than 325 HP.

Did they ever come up with a kit?

Default Some people are running 3+

We decided to redesign the FMIC to take advantage of our increased technology level. We are also making a few other slight tweaks, including tuning on our new 4-wheel dyno. Therefore we have not been marketing 3+ aggressively. The new FMIC will be available early this summer, and 3+ will be marketed at that time.

Default me too...

after i get my rims (sometime this week hopefully) i'm going to start looking into an exhaust. i want something throaty, not a deep drone if you know what i mean. i've been thinking about the APR exhaust and although it's expensive, i might as well treat my A4 to it...why not, right? anyhow, i wanna hear the APR exhaust b4 i buy it so maybe we can meet up sometime?
