clutch/flywheel? Impressions? I really want to address a few different problems with this package. The engagement point is apparantly lower, the lightened flywheel helps stop the revs hanging on shift and of course it's rated for 450HP so it should be much stronger than stock. My stock clutch is not gone yet but it's close.

Default I ordered one.

It was largely Lucas's review a month or so ago that convinced me it was a good piece. Stage 3 has fried the stock clutch already. I'm just worried about installation. It's not cheap.

Default I had the APR clutch/flywheel on a tuned 1.8T, worked fine.

I've been told to expect 6 hours for installation. Do you think it's more than that?

Did you find it helped eliminate the hanging revs thing? More vibration?

Default It will really wake your car up from the sleepy stock unit! It is worth the install hassle and if

your installer has any experience, it will be 6 hours or less. Long term... it opens up many more performance upgrades in your cars future the stock clutch would'nt handle.
