APR snub mount success!! EASY!
I got the APR snub mount about a month ago and I was really hesitant to install it due to the invasive installation. Alot of parts need to be removed in order to get to the old mount and replace it with the new one. But finally my friends and I decided to go for it. We followed the instructions step by step and presto! We ran into no trouble at all and the new mount was on and the car was ready to go in only 2.5 hours. I have heard alot of people say that it is incredibly difficult to do, but it's really not. You just gotta work your way in and then work your way back out again.
THE RESULT: My shifting has become SO much smoother. The engagement of the gears is so smooth now that when double clutching I have alot more confidence doing it fast. This is a great product and an interesting and fun installation. GO APR!

I didn't have to but the Apr instructions say that some models need the end of the mount to be shaved for less vibration inside the car. When we first put it in, and the front of the car was still on jack stands, we turned on the car to feel how much vibration there was in the cockpit. It vibrated a little throughout the whole car while idleing in nuetral, but it stopped when the engine revved. It was actually pretty cool so I decided to leave it. When I put the car back down though there was no vibration at all.
