APR Stage 3 install on a 2000 Audi A4.. NEED HELP
Okay, I have the kit installed but the oil feed line does not seem to match my engine block port. Can anyone with a APR Stage 3 kit installed tell me how the oil feed works for a 2000 A4? Ideally pictures showing the connections to the engine block would be ideal. For some stupid reason APR does not have any installation instructions for the longitudinal 1.8T motors. I think the oil feed line in my kit is wrong since it does not fit my engine block. APR is confused too which is why I am asking for the forums help! Thanks, David

Are you installing the oil feed line where the stock feed line was?
You are talking about the line on top of the motor and goes into the top of the turbo?

Re: Are you installing the oil feed line where the stock feed line was?
Yep, thats the one. The oil feed line I have fits the turbo just fine at the top but the end for the engine block connection (just above the oil filter) has a banjo fitting....I am thinking this oil feed line would connect to the same place the original K03 line was right? If so, that connector is completely different than a Banjo fitting, looks more like a type of AN fitting. David

Pretty sure the banjo fitting should come out and the new line should go directly into that threaded
hole. I just dont ever remember a banjo fitting on the end of the feed line near the oil filter.

Right. Although I'm not sure I've ever seen an oem oil feed line....
start as a banjo fitting there either...

Yep, that is what APR finally confirmed once I sent them a picture. The banjo fitting is incorrect so they are sending out a replacement fitting for me to try. David

Problem fixed!!
I received the replacement oil line fitting from APR today and it was the correct one! The banjo fitting was some kind of error. I am now officially a APR Stage 3 owner. Thanks everyone for the advice. David

Did you get a banjo bolt style? Call me, I know the answers. 650-739-0820

Actually, the banjo could have been used without modification. It works.
