Aquamist 2D install on A4 1.8 - need some help
I'm trying to figure out right now what signals I need to splice into, to make the kit work.
From the description, it looks like I can splice right into the signal going into one of the injectors. My question is this: don't I have to worry about signal attenuation if I draw the current away from just one injector? Do I need to put a signal amp before the injector to compensate? Also, if I only connect the kit to a single injector, the water injector will pulse only when one FI is active - won't this cause uneven water distribution in the combustion chambers? If so, what can I do to prevent this?
Thanks for any advice in advance

Should not be a problem
Injectors have a pretty low resistance, no more than 16 ohms. I'm not sure if Bosch injectors are high 16 ohm or low 2-3 ohm types. I'll go measure one when I get a chance. 10 mils will not load the ECU driver circuit.
I'm planning on doing an Aquamist install myself.
