2011 Q7 won't drive

2011 Q7 won't drive
Have 2011 Q7 that I can put it in to D or R and it will not move. Found 2 faults for P0686 and P0687. I did notice that the battery had a long/hard crank time. After the codes were erased everything started working. Any ideas?
