Hi People

I have got a Audi A6 2.8 quattro 1997, i want to do a leak down test on each cylinder. just want to know what kind of psi i should put through to get a good idea how good my engine is.

the reason i want to do this is becuase the engine is loseing oil and it is not visible outside the engine, so it must be loseing the oil on the inside.

i have done the normal checks like checking the oil cap for crap and checked the water to see if any oil is in there. but there is nothing in either.

any help would be most appreciated.
