Bad noise while shifting.

Bad noise while shifting.
I am hearing a grinding noise while shifting from 2nd to 3rd at speed. If i go slow i don't hear it. The sound is similar to not having the clutch engaged while shifting. I notice it usually above 5000. Any thoughts?

Bad synchros?
This is pretty common in Hondas unfortunately.
How many miles on the tranny?
Sometimes, changing the tranny fluid helps. Might be a good time to use Redline or the like.
What's the conventional widom among AudiWorlders for the best tranny fluid?
