Default Best way to clean oil spill from garage?

Okay not necessarily a tune up question. My last oil change on my wifes car I managed to get a bunch of oil on the garage floor.

What's the easiest way to clean it up? It surprisingly not easy!

Default how much are we talking here? for large spill see below, after that spray the concrete with

brake cleaner... it will get the surface oil free and clean to wipe up.
