blow off valve or cold air intake?

Default blow off valve or cold air intake?
I am either going to buy a blow off valve or a cold air intake. does anyone favor one over the other? and why?

Default Intake, because you don't need a ricer valve.
And it will have a positive effect on performance.

Default I've heard bad things about both......
Some of the DBW guys have complained of a loss of low-end torque with the cold air intake.

It does sound a lot better though, and you the bypass valve sounds like a BOV because it's not muted by the stock airbox.

Default You may have problems with your MAF with an intake...
Many of the DBW cars do. Someone more knowledgable can fill you in I'm sure.
