just driving along,,,hit a wet spot on the road and the exhaust system became louder and started vibrating,,,,
i thought there was a hole in exhaust,but nothing,,,,everthings tight,,,,

did i loose something in the resonator?

My mechanic had to tweak the mounting of the exhaust quite a bit to make it stop rattling, but it worked- no more rattling. Just takes some tweaking, very careful alignment.

FYI- our A4 has the original version, 2.5" piping.
