bought a NEW long block
4 GRAND!!....Jesus this is an expensive motor. I thought it was a crate but today when i pulled the trigger he informed me it was only a longblock. Anyways, Fvck it, if you want something dope, you have to pay for it.
My car's been dead for so long I'm renaming her ghost rider....I am gonna ressurect her.
I am going to need all the gaskets, anyone know where i can get them? I would like to get some HI-PO gaskets if possible. Is it possible to buy an "engine gasket" kit, or do I need to buy them seperately?

Wow, that is not a good price at all. Where did you buy that from???
I got a long block out of a junk yard car 1 week back for $1,100. Whether or not it will fit my car is yet to be seen since it came from a beetle.
