Default Uh, what car? :-)

probably not, tho...

at least not for an S4...

MY2000 is the 551A ECU
MY2001 is the 551H ECU
MY2001.5 is the 551M ECU

H and M (and L) are "somewhat" interchangeable...

A cannot be exchanged for H or M, tho.... at ALL..
