Default Rev, set clutch at friction point. When your ready to launch just drop the clutch

and throttle up just a hair before you drop the throttle. Try this at around 3K and work your way up the rpm's till the rpms don't drop when you launch the car. You want the rpm's to hang at one spot when you take off then go up. If they drop that means it bogged, if the rpm's go up fast at the launch it means you spun the tires or you smoked the clutch.

Default Re: spinning the tires would be better though:-) i heard there is a 3k rpm window so dont go avobe 3

u will start smoking the clucht badly if u go above 3k's when revving and droping the cluth.
However if u have lots of money u can go to the maximum and kill ur clutch, then ucan buy a heavyduty clutch and it will last a little bit longer:-)

Default I did alot of drag racing on a stock clutch and was able to launch at 4K rpms without smoking the

clutch. The clutch in the 3.0 should be able to handle more power. My stock clutch did not start giving me problems till I was making over 230 hp.
