Catalyst threshold too low (bank 1)

Give Hoppen a call to see what they say about this....
When do you get this error? Is it after you first start the engine or after its been running for a while or running very hard for a while? Did it do this with your old ecu as well?
Maybe one of the two O2 sesnors has a bad connection/connector or the sensor itself has gone bad.

Its after the car runs for a while..
Had this problem b4 the upgrade but the car has gotten worse since..
Hoppen asked to check ECU connectors?!!
I think the O2 sensors are shot due to catalyst/cat back install.
The car hasn't any torque anymore and the RPMs climb faster than the turbo can spool and I don't go anywhere fast. it's like a can of sludge was added to the fuel line.

I think Hoppen was suggesting unpluging the connectors on the ecu to check to see if none...
of the pins are bent over or something. Also check the connectors at the sensor to make sure everything is ok (unplug it, inspect it, plug it back in). Make sure the pins and sockets are in their housing and haven't backed out. If you don't find anything there consider changing one sensor at a time to see if error code goes away.
