Default Catalytic Converter

92 100. I have a bad rattle in the left cat. I am should I take the opportunity to upgrade to a better system? Is the Audi system nice enough? Can I improve on it? If so how? Thanks for shareing your wisdom.

High flow cats are usually a good option.

Default If you're talking same size, the Car Sound converters flow more air

I don't have the numbers here, in the same diamter inlet/outlet the Car Sound flows quite a bit more air than a Random Tech. Plus they are nice 16 guage stainless steel.

I ordered a catalytic from BLAUfergnügen today. They said that I did not need to replace both, that replacing one was fine. Back pressure is not a problem in their mind. Opinions? BTW they get big props. They are not only very helpfull, but very patient in answering questions a well.
