I was thinking of going to a CF hood pretty soon. Anybody out there have anything other than a Vortrag CF hood on their car? I've seen a lot of reports on that hood already. I prefer non-vented in looks, but I'll take any information on any CF hood that anyone wants to posts. I know that DTMautohaus sells one, as well as APR. I may be missing some other companies too.

The main questions that I have are:

What are your opinions on quality?
Does the hood chatter or ruffle when you drive?
Would you do it again?

Everyone who sees it in person says it's one of the best ones they've ever seen. The only thing is they come only gel coated, so you need to take it to a body shop to get it clear coated if you want the carbon fiber exposed. So far it doesn't chatter, may vibrate a little when you go over 90. A funny story, I forgot to close my hood all the way one day and drove on the freeway...and the hood stayed put. So needless to say, I'm extremely happy with my cf hood.
