Default Diverter valve and carbonio intake

i have a 98 Audi a4 1.8t and does anyone have the hyperboost diverter valve any comments about it???? how about the carbonio intake? any comments thanks!!!

if not, stay with the stock airbox. FWIW, the gnomes at Audi got right.
