DIY Fuel Mixture kit?

I have been doing a little reading on a couple different wideband fuel mixture kits, but I can only find kits available in australia. Has anyone seen these in the usa or have comments on how well it would work. I am going to put in a 3rd o2 sensor, wideband obviously. Heres the link to the what I'm talking about.
Thanks

Yea just something to see the a/f, but I think I'll just use the vag-com
Although mine is a 99.5 so its a narrowband, and I've posted about it but I'm still unclear on the conversion. BTW thanks audi2ptzero, you seem to be the first to help me out on all my posts, big thumbs up!
