Do any S4 people post in here? Had some Q's on running an aquamist system.

Re-read my response....What's your question?
WI systems are universal. The only thing that changes is the jet size, and there are calculations for that. I did a LOT of research before implementing my system. That includes checking out the Aquamist system, seeing how it worked compared to others. I even run Aquamist parts in my setup.
I may be able to answer your question, that's whay I asked, no need to be a dick about it.

Wasn't trying to be a crude about it, I called up a carrier of Aquamist products and the price was a
little on the steep side I thought. In order to get one that will come on with my boost I have to get the 2C setup that ties into one injector to read the duty cycle and judge spray time from that. The price was about $650, the simple on off switch one was $400-450 can't really remember. What would you say you have invested into getting a reliable system up and running?

The Aquamist system is expensive....
but very nice. I didn't want to spend that kind of cash, and find out it didn't work, or work as well as I expected.
I've got about $200 total into my setup. So far, I can't say it's met my expectations, but it's full of potential, and I'm glad I didn't shell out the money for the Aquamist.
It does work - the results look good (more timing, lower temps) but IMO, the chip doesn't advance the timing enough to take full advantage of it's benefits. A race chip with more timing is needed, but GIAC doesn't offer one yet (maybe with IBE it will?).
I bought the Aquamist parts from Brad Schaffner at George's Imports (1-816-333-6582). When I was talking to him, he mentioned the controller that ties into the injector. I guess you can buy it seperately, but I wasn't interested at the time. I may add it later though. I'd give him a call to get more details.
One of these days, I'll make a writeup....
